Some time ago, I heard about this Island, just about 10-15 minutes on a boat from Howth harbour. I was told it was a wild island with a little beach and some trails to walk, nothing else. For a while, I kept thinking about going to this island. I remember being at Portmarnock beach and looking at the island and asking myself how to get there. From Portmarnock, you can see the northeast side of the island where the cliffs are and imagine how tall they are. When the aeroplanes (yes, this word exists!) are approaching Dublin airport by the seaside, they cross just over the island so I never had a chance to watch it from the sky. 

Last year we had nice weather in July. One morning, the island came to my mind. I searched online on how to get there and discover Ireland's Eye Ferries. There are boats leaving often (at least hourly) from the west pier and a trip around the island lasts about 40min and costs 15€/adult, 10€/teenagers and 5€/children. It's possible also to land on the island but you need to arrange the return with the captain. If you plan to stay on the island, you must remember that the island is uninhabited so there are no facilities. You need to bring your own food and you are responsible for disposing of your own waste when returning to Howth. 

The island only has two structures made by men. The Martello Tower that was built in 1803 to protect Ireland from a possible invasion by Napoleon which you can get in if you climb with a rope (at your own risk) to the window at a height of 5m. The second construction is what is left of a church from the 8th century which functioned as the parish church of Howth until recent centuries. 

There was also the history of a woman's murder by her husband who said that she drowned accidentally.

As you can see the history of the island is rich but its real treasure are the natural wonders. The island has beaches with calm (but cold) waters, trails around the island and to the summit where you can enjoy an astonishing view over the north coast of Co. Dublin as far as the islands of Skerries coast. The Stack is a huge free standing rock off the northeastern coast hosts a large variety of seabirds like Gannets, Guillemots, Cormorants, Kittiwakes, Puffins and Sea Gulls. There is also a colony of noisy seals!

I visited this island 3 times and every time it surprised me! On my first visit, I spent there most of the day, in the morning enjoying the beach, then I had some food and the afternoon was dedicated to explore and photograph the island. At the end of the first, I was sure that I would have to come a second time. On my second visit, I made most of the footage of the video on this post and for the video where I dance at the summit of the island. At the end of the second day, I knew I would be back a third time. On my third visit, I collected more footage and explored trails that I didn't have the chance to explore before. Now I can't wait to go a 4th, 5th, 6th... time! I just fell in love with that place, nature and the beach! Just a spot of wildness so close but at the same time so far from Dublin city.

Strongly recommend a visit...as soon as the Covid-19 allows it!

Algum tempo atrás, ouvi falar desta ilha, a apenas 10 ou 15 minutos de barco do porto de Howth. Foi-me dito que era uma ilha selvagem com uma pequena praia e algumas trilhas para caminhar, nada mais. Por um tempo, fiquei pensando em ir até esta ilha. Lembro-me de estar na praia de Portmarnock, olhando a ilha e me perguntando como chegar lá. De Portmarnock, você pode ver o lado nordeste da ilha, onde os penhascos estão e imaginar a altura deles. Quando os aviões estão se aproximando do aeroporto de Dublin pelo lado do mar, eles atravessam a ilha mesmo por cima, então eu nunca tive sequer a chance de vê-la do céu. No ano passado, tivemos um clima agradável em julho. Uma manhã, a ilha veio à minha mente. Eu pesquisei on-line sobre como chegar lá e descobri que existem barcos turísticos até à ilha. Há barcos saindo frequentemente (pelo menos a cada hora) do cais oeste e uma viagem à volta da ilha dura cerca de 40min e custa 15 € / adulto, 10 € / adolescentes e 5 € / crianças. Também é possível desembarcar na ilha, mas você precisa organizar o retorno com o capitão. Se você planeia ficar na ilha, lembre-se de que a ilha está desabitada, portanto não há instalações. Você precisa trazer sua própria comida e é responsável por descartar seu próprio lixo ao retornar a Howth. A ilha possui apenas duas estruturas feitas por homens. A Torre Martello, construída em 1803 para proteger a Irlanda de uma possível invasão de Napoleão, na qual você pode entrar se subir por uma corda (por seu próprio risco) até a janela, a uma altura de 5m. A segunda construção é o que resta de uma igreja do século VIII que funcionou como igreja paroquial de Howth até os séculos recentes. Havia também a história do assassinato de uma mulher por seu marido, que disse que ela se afogou acidentalmente. Como você pode ver, a história da ilha é rica, mas seu verdadeiro tesouro são as maravilhas naturais. A ilha tem praias com águas calmas (mas frias), trilhas ao redor da ilha e até o cume, onde você pode desfrutar de uma vista surpreendente sobre a costa norte de Co. Dublin até às ilhas de Skerries. O The Stack é uma enorme rocha livre na costa nordeste que abriga uma grande variedade de aves marinhas, como gannets, Mergulhões, Corvos-Marinho, Papagaios do Mar e diferentes espécies de gaivotas. Há também uma colónia de focas barulhentas! Visitei esta ilha 3 vezes e sempre me surpreendia! Na minha primeira visita, passei lá a maior parte do dia, de manhã curtindo a praia e a tarde foi dedicada a explorar e a fotografar a ilha. No final do primeiro, eu tinha certeza de que teria que voltar pela segunda vez. Na minha segunda visita, fiz a maior parte das filmagens do vídeo neste post e do vídeo onde danço no cume da ilha. No final do segundo dia, eu sabia que voltaria pela terceira vez. Na minha terceira visita, coletei mais imagens e explorei trilhas que não tive a chance de explorar antes. Agora mal posso esperar para ir pela 4º, 5º, 6º ... vez! Eu simplesmente me apaixonei por aquele lugar, natureza e praia! Apenas uma natureza selvagem tão perto, mas ao mesmo tempo tão longe da cidade de Dublin. Recomendo vivamente uma visita ... assim que o Covid-19 permitir!

One year after my first visit to Castletown, I went again to shoot a video. For some reason that I can't remember, I didn't like what I captured and the footage was forgotten for over 1 year and a half! This week and with all the Corona virus situation, I had time and inspiration to do something with this material and here you have!

Castletown is a lovely place for walk. After so many visits, I still didn't manage to visit the house! But now that you are here, check the photos that I took in October 2017 and tell me what you think!

Um ano após a minha primeira visita a Castletown, fui lá novamente dest vez para gravar um vídeo. Por alguma razão que não me lembro, não gostei do que filmei e as imagens foram esquecidas por mais de um ano e meio! Esta semana e com toda a situação do vírus Corona, tive tempo e inspiração para fazer algo com esse material e aqui está!

Castletown é um lugar encantador para passear. Depois de tantas visitas, ainda não consegui visitar a casa! Mas já que você está aqui, veja as fotos que tirei em outubro de 2017 e me diga o que acha!

Over a year ago, I went to the Poolbeg Lighthouse in a very cold and wet winter night (stupid idea) to take some photos! It was so cold that most of the photos were a complete fail! From that day I only posted 1 photo here on Solo Shot 25. My fingers were frozen and I wasn't able to properly set the camera! So I just forgot about those photos. But, looking back at them and after some edition work, I got those 2 photos. I really like it and I got my lesson, to never delete the photos just because I didn't like it at first sight!

The Poolbeg Lighthouse was built in 1768 and is located on the Great South Wall at the Port of Dublin which extends from the Ringsend's Poolbeg peninsula nearly 4km out into Dublin Bay! It's a beautiful walk that takes between 30 to 40min depending on your pace and the sight at the lighthouse is just indescribable! I strongly suggest you try it but please, don't do it like me! It can be dangerous too as the path is quite uneven so make sure that, if you go when there is low light, you bring a flashlight, warm clothes and comfortable footwear. At the end of your walk, you can enjoy a hot chocolate or a coffee with Mr. Hobbs Coffee!

A new place that I discovered in Dublin, Ticknock Forest at the Dublin Mountains. I heard about this place maybe 6 months ago but never had a chance to go there. This time, my motivation was to do the Tchikita Christmas Video. Basically is the video at the start of this post. If you follow me on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/vitor_mc_oliveira/) you probably saw my Tchikita videos where I dance that music in a place with a nice view (https://www.instagram.com/p/B11l2G2A1Uu/, https://www.instagram.com/p/B0gjQ1rgt8h/). 

It was a very cold day in December, late afternoon, the sun was nearly setting down so it was the perfect time to shoot the video. My idea was to shoot only the video but the landscape surrounding me was so, so, so beautiful that I had to take a few photos. Thank God because that gave me the motivation to create some content for the blog.

Ticknock is located in the Dublin Mountains, has good access with carpark if you are driving and the area is also served by the Dublin Bus 44B. Only about a half-hour from Dublin City Centre. Ticknock offers 10km of mountain and forest walks with an amazing view over Dublin City, Dublin Bay, Bray Head and the Wicklow Mountains. The park has mountain bike trails and a shop where you can also rent your bike and equipment with a little coffee shop! There are several marked trails and when you are tired you can stop for a picnic! This visit was very quick but was enough to make me plan the next visit! I will do the Fairy Castle Loop trail and I promise many photos!

[EN]Hi guys! After being so long without editing a video, this one didn't make any easier for me! I had to edit the video from scratch 4 times!!! How frustrating! The first 2 times, I tried to edit on my laptop while I was in Portugal using the DaVinci Resolve editor. It didn't work because my laptop couldn't cope with so many heavy files so it was taking forever but I still tried a second time thinking that after a night of sleep the laptop would fill fit to edit silly me!

After returning to Ireland tried to edit on mine iMac still using the DaVinci Resolve... great piece of work unfortunately when it was finished, ready to save the DaVinci decided to crash and to delete all my work... I nearly cried!

At this stage, I had decided that I would just forget that footage and all my bad luck. However, I had to try one more time, now using the iMovie. I knew when I started that the final result wouldn't be the same as if I had done it on the DaVinci. So I started, I was quite happy with the job but when I uploaded it to YouTube I realized that iMovie created the project on 720p... I nearly broke the place!!! Grrrrrrrrr

Anyway, I uploaded like that. I think you can have an idea of the place.

Bective Abbey was founded in 1147 for the Cistercian Order by Murchad O'Maeil-Sheachlainn, King of Meath. It was Ireland's second Cistercian Abbey; a ‘daughter house' to nearby Mellifont. Bective became an important monastic settlement but was suppressed following the dissolution of the Monasteries under King Henry VIII in1543. The lands were then rented, and the monastery began to be used as a fortified house. The tower was constructed at this time, granting the structure an imposing appearance. The remains now visible at the Abbey date mainly from the 13th to 15th centuries. They include the church, chapter house, and cloister. The cloister ruins are particularly well-preserved and feature pointed, gothic arches typical of Cistercian architecture.

Now, the most important, did you know that the abbey was used as the film setting for Mel Gibson's "Braveheart"? Comment below if you recognize any of the film settings.

[PT] Oi pessoal! Depois de tanto tempo sem editar um vídeo, este não facilitou nada para mim! Eu tive que editar o vídeo do zero 4 vezes !!! Quão frustrante! Nas primeiras duas vezes, tentei editar no meu portátil enquanto estava em Portugal usando o editor DaVinci Resolve. Não funcionou porque o meu portátil não suportava tantos ficheiros pesados, pelo que demorava uma eternidade a concluir uma acção, mas ainda tentei uma segunda vez a pensar que, depois de uma noite de sono, o portátil recuperaria a energia e cumprisse com a performance, que enganado eu estava!
Depois de voltar para a Irlanda tentei editar no meu iMac ainda usando o DaVinci Resolve ... ficou um excelente trabalho mas, infelizmente quando ficou pronto, antes que eu pudesse salvar, o DaVinci crashou e eu perdi todo o meu trabalho ... quase chorei!
Nesta fase, eu tinha decidido que iria esquecer aquela filmagem e toda a minha má sorte. No entanto, eu tive que tentar mais uma vez, agora usando o iMovie. Eu sabia, quando eu comecei, que o resultado final não seria o mesmo que se eu tivesse editado com o DaVinci. Lá comecei e de facto, eu estava muito feliz com o trabalho, mas quando eu fiz o upload para o YouTube, percebi que o iMovie criou o projeto em 720p ... Eu quase quebrei o tudo!!! Grrrrrrrrr!!!
De qualquer forma, eu fiz o upload desse jeito mesmo. Eu acho que você pode ter uma ideia do lugar.
Bective Abbey foi fundada em 1147 para a Ordem Cisterciense por Murchad O'Maeil-Sheachlainn, Rei de Meath. Era a segunda abadia cisterciense da Irlanda; uma "casa filha" para a vizinha Mellifont. Bective tornou-se um importante assentamento monástico, mas foi suprimido após a dissolução dos mosteiros sob o rei Henrique VIII em 1543. As terras foram então alugadas e o mosteiro começou a ser usado como casa fortificada. A torre foi construída nessa altura, conferindo à estrutura uma aparência imponente. Os restos agora visíveis da abadia, datam principalmente a partir dos séculos 13 a 15. Eles incluem a igreja, a casa do capítulo e o claustro. As ruínas do claustro são particularmente bem preservadas e apresentam arcos góticos pontiagudos, típicos da arquitetura cisterciense.

The frustration of an amateur photographer/videographer: In December I went home to Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal for nearly 2 weeks. The plan was to capture lots of photos and video footage. I Only got 1 day of sun, on my last day! OK, fine I made the most of the day. The whole day photographing and filming, very productive! After being back to Ireland, had that brain freeze and instead of copying it to the cloud, deleted 90% of my work! OMG!

Definetely one of the posts that gave me more pleasure to create and that is to do with the experience of hiking in such a beautiful place! Like I used to say, I was blessed with the weather on my second and third visit. Yes, because the first visit was a few days after the blizzard (March 2018) that covered the whole country under a deep layer of snow as you can see in the 4th picture.

The other pictures and the video were made on a beautiful autumn morning! 

Now, let's talk about this place! The first time I heard about this place, it was in a vlog of a portuguese blogger called Wuant. He came to Dublin to watch a concert and decided to do this tour at night to the Hellfire Club, which is believed to be haunted. So, since that day I wanted to visit this place. 

After some Google investigation, I discovered that the Hellfire Club was built in the 18th century by William Connolly where it was a stone age tomb which he destroyed during the construction of this building as a hunting lodge. So, people believe that that fact is te reason  the place is cursed. After Connolly's death the place was sold and turned into a Hellfire Club. Literally, a club for rich gentlemen to meet and have some amoral behavior together with alcohol, luxury and occult practices with demoniac demonstrations. There are several tales about spirits, the devil and poltergeists but there is nothing better than to book a night tour to the Hellfire Club and witness that by yourself!

I haven't been there at night but I was there completely by myself inside the building and didn't hear a thing. 

The building is horrendous, extremely ugly but has a unique location, in a mountain that is 383m in height, southwest of Dublin with an astonoshing view over Dublin and Dublin Bay. But not only the view from the top of the hill is beautiful, the walk towards the top is absolutely breath taking, see for yourself in the short video that I made.

Definitivamente, um dos posts que me deu mais prazer criar e tudo por causa da experiência que é de fazer uma caminhada tão bela pelo meio da natureza! Como eu costumo dizer, eu fui abençoado com o tempo na minha segunda e terceira visita. Sim, porque a primeira visita foi alguns dias depois da nevasca/nevão (Março de 2018) que cobriu todo o país sob uma camada profunda de neve, como você pode ver na quarta foto.

As outras fotos e o vídeo foram feitos em uma bela manhã de Outono!

Agora vamos falar sobre esse lugar! A primeira vez que ouvi falar deste lugar, foi num vlog de um blogger português chamado Wuant. Ele veio a Dublin para assistir a um concerto e decidiu fazer essa tour nocturna no Hellfire Club, que se acredita ser assombrado. Então, desde aquele dia eu queria visitar este lugar.

Depois de uma investigação no Google, descobri que o Hellfire Club foi construído no século 18 por William Connolly, onde era uma tumba da Idade da Pedra que ele destruiu durante a construção deste edifício como um abrigo de caça. As pessoas acreditam que esse facto fez com que o lugar fosse amaldiçoado. Após a morte de Connolly, o local foi vendido e transformado em um Hellfire Club. Literalmente, um clube para cavalheiros ricos conviverem e ter comportamentos amorais em conjunto com álcool, luxúria e práticas ocultas com demonstrações demoníacas. Há vários contos sobre espíritos, o diabo e poltergeists mas não há nada melhor que você fazer uma excursão nocturna e testemunhar isso pessoalmente!

Eu nunca estive lá de noite, mas eu já lá estive completamente sozinho dentro do edifício e não ouvi nada.

O edifício é horrendo, extremamente feio, mas tem uma localização única, em uma montanha com 383m de altura, a sudoeste de Dublin, com uma vista surpreendente sobre Dublin e a sua baía. Mas não apenas a vista do topo da colina é linda, a caminhada em direcção ao topo é absolutamente de tirar o fôlego, veja você mesmo no pequeno vídeo que eu fiz.

WTL Video 2

After the first video in Slane, it didn't take long until I wanted to make another one... this video making thing is very addictive! 

This time I ended up going to Killiney Hill and the reason was very simple. I had some footage made last year for when I was shooting the video for Coinaphoto (which you can see here) so, I thought I would just need some drone footage to make the video. I was wrong, very wrong!!! I was blessed with the weather so once I started flying the drone, I wanted  footage from this angle, that angle, the other angle and at some stage the three batteries were completely empty! However, I was craving for more footage so I wasted my GoPro battery hoping that I would get some nice shots.

I was so happy with the final result! This is only my second video but I can see some improvements myself from the first video (WTL Video 1).

This video was made in a place where I had taken photos before. Killiney Hill is such an amazing place, surrounded by the sea and the mountains. Also, you can see Dublin at the north side and Wicklow at the south side.  I had to go there twice, I took so many photos that I split the post in two, Shot no.23-part I and Shot no.23-part II.

WTL Video 1

This video was an experience that went way better than I thought it would! Let me explain: my thing is photography, however, I have become curious about making videos, mainly for the fact that I can still use the same gear but the creative process is completely different. That felt like a challenge to my creativity and I wanted to face that!

As you can see, my creative process regarding video making is very rudimental but I'm sure it will improve with practice. For now I'm starting with basic shots and editing with the simplest software I could have, imovie!

This footage was made at the Hill of Slane and relates to Shot no.30. The day was pratically the same as 1 year ago but not as cold and windy, thank God!

Another beautiful day in the Emerald Island! I just had to open Google Maps and choose a location of where to go and shoot. I already know most of the South coast of Dublin so this time I decided to go up North towards Skerries and I'm so proud of my choice! Beautiful is not good enough to describe Skerries. 

Skerries seems to be one of the best places to live in Ireland, it came in 2nd in all of Ireland  "Best Places to Live in Ireland awards 2014". I don't live there but I can reassure you that it is a great place to visit. It has a long sandy beach (South Strand, probably the best one in Dublin!) with calm waters, great for people that don't like waves! The town has five islands off it's coast, as you can see in the photos, and you can visit them! If you rather solid ground you can go for a walk and visit the mills at the Mill Hill. To visit the mill you have to pay but I wasn't really keen to do that, I just wanted to take some shots. So I flew the drone from outside the premises and got some great shots, those 3 are my favourite ones.

I just spent an afternoon in Skerries, clearly not enough so I must go back. It has lovely restaurants along the coast with a nice view to the harbour. Now, make sure you bring money with you because if you want an ice cream, nowhere will take card and that was the only disappointing bit!

I'm looking forward to going back to Skerries, I just hope the summer days are not over!

Mais um lindo dia na Ilha Esmeralda! Eu só tive que abrir o Google Maps e escolher um local para onde ir e fotografar. Eu já conheço a maior parte da costa sul de Dublin, então desta vez eu decidi ir para o norte em direção a Skerries e estou tão orgulhoso da minha escolha! Belo não é bom o suficiente para descrever Skerries.

Skerries parece ser um dos melhores lugares para se viver na Irlanda, e ficou em 2º lugar nos prémios dos "2014 Best Places to Live in Ireland's awards" (Melhores Lugares para se Morar na Irlanda de 2014). Eu não moro lá, mas posso garantir que é um óptimo lugar para se visitar. Tem uma longa praia de areia (South Strand, provavelmente a melhor em Dublin!), com águas calmas, óptima para pessoas que não gostam de ondas! Skerries tem cinco ilhas ao largo da costa, como você pode ver nas fotos, e você pode visitá-las! Se você preferir terra firme, pode dar um passeio e visitar os moinhos no Mill Hill. Para visitar os moinhos você tem que pagar, mas eu não estava muito interessado em gastar dinheiro, eu só queria tirar algumas fotos. Então eu voei o drone do lado de fora das imediações do moinho e consegui algumas óptimas fotos, as 3 fotos que podem ver aqui são as minhas favoritas.

Eu passei uma tarde em Skerries, claramente não o suficiente, por isso tenho de lá voltar. Em Skerries, há restaurantes ao longo da costa com uma vista agradável para o porto. Agora, certifique-se de trazer dinheiro com você porque se você quiser um gelado, em lugar algum vão aceitar cartão e pode ficar um pouco decepcionado!

Estou ansioso para voltar a Skerries, só espero que os dias de verão não tenham acabado!

Welcome to Lough Owel! My first contact with this lake was in February 2018 when I was going to a conference in Sligo and from the N4 road I could see this magnificent and immense lake! That lake remained in the back of my mind! 

The last days of May gave me the perfect excuse to visit Lough Owel. The temperature was over 20ºC so I went there to jump in the lake and to take some photos and fly the drone of course! Actually, one day wasn't enough, I had to go 2 days in a row and I really enjoyed both of them!I even managed to get some tan, I never imagined that that would be possible in Ireland!

Lough Owel is located in County Westmeath, near Mullingar, is 6km in length, 3km wide and has a maximum depth of 22m. Now, an interesting fact (only for me :P ): on the 7th of June 1996 the lake had received international protection as a Ramsar Wetland site. My birthday day, which is a great day to do those kind of important things! :P

Lough Owel is totally worth a visit but only at this time of the year otherwise it's too cold and windy. Also, County Westmeath has several lakes to visit so if you don't like Lough Owel you might like one of the other lakes nearby!

Bem-vindo ao Lough Owel! O meu primeiro contacto com este lago foi em Fevereiro de 2018, quando eu estava a caminho de uma conferência em Sligo e, da estrada N4, eu podia ver este magnífico e imenso lago! Esse lago ficou na minha memória!

Os últimos dias de Maio me deram a desculpa perfeita para visitar o lago Owel. A temperatura estava acima de 20ºC, então eu juntei o prazer e a diversão e fui lá nadar no lago, tirar algumas fotos e, claro, voei o drone! Na verdade um dia não foi o suficiente, eu tive que ir 2 dias seguidos e de facto foi bastante agradável! Até consegui bronzear, nunca imaginei que isso seria possível na Irlanda!

O Lago Owel está localizado no Condado de Westmeath, perto de Mullingar, tem 6km de comprimento, 3km de largura e uma profundidade máxima de 22m. Agora, facto interessante (só para mim :P): em 7 de junho de 1996, o lago recebeu proteção internacional como um local "Ramsar Wetland". Meu dia de aniversário é um grande dia para fazer esse tipo de coisa importante! :P

O Lago Owel merece uma visita, principalmente nesta época do ano, caso contrário, é muito frio e ventoso. Também o Condado de Westmeath tem vários lagos para visitar por isso, se você não gostar do Lago Owel, pode ser que goste de um dos outros lagos por perto!

May started with unusual summery days in Ireland, I had to enjoy it! Did I go for a swim? No, it wasn't that hot but it was good enough to wear a t-shirt, shorts and to go out with my camera gear and drone. I drove towards Dun Laoghaire and by the time that I got a car park space it was already evening time. I had to walk a bit from the car park to the East Pier and it was a lovely walk. When I arrived to the end of the East Pier the sun started to set so I just had time to take out my camera from my back pack and take a few shots and then flew the drone. I got great pictures, my main problem was to choose the best ones to publish. 

It was a lovely evening and still managed to have time to eat an ice cream from Teddy's ice cream parlour.

That part of Dublin is just so beautiful and that walk by the seaside is worth every single step. When it is sunny and warm it reminds me of home in Portugal and Brazil. 

Visit Dun Laoghaire and you will love it!

Maio começou com dias quentes, incomuns na Irlanda. Tinha que aproveitar! Será que fui nadar? Não, não estava tão quente, mas era o suficiente para usar uma t-shirt e calções e sair com a minha câmera e o drone. Fui para Dun Laoghaire e na hora que eu consegui um estacionamento já era fim de tarde. Eu tive que caminhar um pouco do parque de estacionamento até ao East Pier mas foi uma caminhada bem agradável. Quando cheguei ao final do East Pier, o sol já se estava a pôr, então só tive tempo de tirar minha câmera da mochila, tirar algumas fotos e depois voar o drone. Acho que consegui óptimas fotos pois o meu principal problema foi escolher as melhores para publicar.

Foi um fim de tarde preenchido mas muito agradável e ainda consegui ter tempo para comer um gelado do Teddy's Ice Cream. 

Esta parte de Dublin é muito bonita, quando está sol e calor faz lembrar as minhas origens em Portugal e Brasil e, aquela caminhada junto ao mar, faz valer a pena cada passo.

Visite Dun Laoghaire, vai ver que vai gostar!
